Day5⎪Dream body journey (2)

DINNER


This is what I had for lunch. Finally, between making a couple of video montages and work, I couldn't get around to work out early evening. I managed to make myself a quick dinner with the piece of salmon I had from lunch - which made for a perfect base for my meal. As side vegetables, I got frozen peas/carrots and broccoli, with a couple of tbs of white rice. So that the meal wouldn't be too dry, I added in a couple of tbs of low fat milk in the cooking pan.
