Day7⎪Dream body journey

After a disastrous day (yesterday), I perked myself into a bright day, full of motivation and ideas.

I started off the day with my LOA exercises, then, after doing some work on my own, thought I'd work out. I went on youtube to search for possible options, just 'cause I didn't feel like doing the same routine I've been doing for a week. And, sure enough, I found this fitness guru called Rumi Anallieva. From the accent and the last name, I would guess she's originally from Eastern Europe. A petite woman, I'm guessing - mid-thirties of age, with a body tight tight tight!

So I tried her work out. Below is the video I followed, which is pretty general - it's a full body, with accents to the abs, but I didn't actually feel like I was doing plain abs work, which is a good thing.

At first, she did a lot of stretching and warming up. I was wondering where she was heading with all that, only to find out that the stretching and warming up were necessary. Really! The exercises seemed basic at first but they're actually quite efficient. It was hard but I liked it! After this part, which was about 20 minutes, I also did her Arm Workout at home routine.

Then, time for lunch break: I did myself a nice tuna salad, made out of canned tuna in water (no oil), that I creamed with fat free yogurt and some salt & pepper & cumin & paprika. I added sliced cucumber and tomatoes, which I had preliminarily sprinkled with some salt, to remove the excess water, and a third of avocado cut up in small cubes.

Tuna & avocado salad, my way!
